Seller should have stated they did not have CDs with the product or access code.

Well the book was not in as a good condition as i thought it would have been.i taped the edges so it would look nicer.The cd was in worse shape than the book.The book was not how it was described.

So much superfluous text. Do we really need FOUR chapters on Microsoft Word? The instructions for the chapter projects are overcomplicated, disorganized, rambling, and a pain to follow. Rather than listing them concisely in a step-by-step format, each step is broken down into “objectives” with at least two paragraphs for each one. Trying to skim quickly through to find and finish your project is damn near impossible.
Also, the review questions at the end of the chapter are all about regurgitation, not actually understanding the software.
